Philip is a former Kenya 15s and 7s national rugby representative, as well as previous Team Manager for KCB Rugby and the Kenya U20s team.  He brings a wealth of experience to the role and has already embarked on overseeing the DBA Rugby Academy that runs every Sunday, in partnership with the Japanese social enterprise Wazi Wazi at Kenton College.  Philip will build DBA's relationship with the Kenya Rugby Union (KRU), plan quarterly rugby festivals, solidify the links between DBA Africa and the 7 rugby academies we support across Kenya - in Mombasa, Kakamega and the Rift Valley.  There are so many plans and projects to develop that we are very excited to see rugby development go to another level under Philip.
