Tujiamini Sports Initiative
About the initiative
The Tujiamini (meaning believe in yourself) sports initiative was launched in January 2024 and has been a huge success. The initiative was created by SportPesa to provide essential support to Kenyan athletes, clubs, affiliations, and all those involved in sport. DBA Africa were contracted to run the initiative, distribute and source equipment and follow up with the winners to assess impact. With a total prize pool of KES 3 million, the initiative has changed many lives. We have featured the many gold winners here, who have taken home the top prize of KES 500,000. In all, about 80 winners each month take home prizes between 10,000 and 250,000 to further their sporting dreams.
